The first few years of my training weren’t all that productive.
Sure, I made some progress but not a much as I’d hoped for(and should have actually made).
A big part of the reason why is because I followed these training programs that were complete garbage.

Needless to say, most of the pre-made workouts out there aren’t that good and even if they are, there still is no guarantee that they will produce good results for you.
